Next door to the El Fish House, this place seemed like a tourist trap, which it is geared towards tourists, but not a trap. The drinks were good and the food was really, really good. Go hungry! If you love shrimp, you need to go here.

The Sunday Breakfast at Shrimp Bucket its amazing, the bread is just freshly baked. The flavor of the food is delicious, and the service is great. You have to taste it.

Went with friends and locals for brunch. This place has excellent seafood options. The most popular is marlin!!!! Friendly and attentive staff. Prices are very reasonable. We sat outside, viewing the ocean. Try the marlin tacos!!!!

We did not plan on having breakfast here but the place I wanted to eat at was closed so my friend said this was his favorite spot for breakfast. What a very pleasant surprise. Had my usual bacon & eggs with hash browns and beans which is a great way to start the day off. I am fussy on how... More

We were looking for a place to have lunch in old Mazatlan and our hosts recommended this place to us. Great shrimp and great margaritas we were told. Absolutely! Its pretty casual, and not going to be up to standards if you don't like outdoor dining or are a complete germaphobe. But, we had a lot of fun joking around... More

After searching for a place to get yogurt and fruit for breakfast, we came across El Shrimp Bucket serving their breakfast buffet on the sidewalk, which is part of the restaurant. Omelets could be made to order, and there was the usual array of Mexican breakfast specialties, including beans, of course. A marlin dish was especially tasty. So I did... More

This place has been over 50 years in the market, so I thought it was a good idea to have breakfast here... They have a terrible buffet with very limited options, the servers are rude, and the whole place is overpriced. I won't eat here ever again. Even though it was highly recommended on trip advisor maybe it is because... More

We went to the Shrimp Bucket because it was recommended by a friend. We ordered a bucket of the friend shrimp. There were 12 enormous fried shrimp and fries in the bucket. Both were good. The shrimp were huge so I was only able to eat two.
