I have been to Mazatlan twice a year for 4 years or more staying at least 1 to 2 weeks. Always we must eat at Panama a few times. Great food, great service, great location! We ( 4 to 16 of us) have never been dissatisfied with the food. Many locals eat there which usually indicates a great place to... More

I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was a bed of lettuce, some goat cheese, avocados, and grilled chicken. That's it, so kind of disappointing, but the dressing was nice. This place reminds me of a Denny's or a Swiss Chalet. It's where the locals eat because it was packed on a Tuesday night. One cool thing was the... More

Two years ago we ate here twice. This trip was a carbon copy of our last visit to Panama. We had breakfast here twice. Extremely satisfying and a wonderful experience. The food is great. I especially loved the chili selection they bring to the table to place over the meal. Outstanding flavors. Next visit...Panama times at least twice!

Very nice salads and entries. We ate there several times as it is very clean, wait staff punctual and polite, bakery items to die for. Try the guava pie!

This restaurant/bakery is over rated. My wife purchased a birthday cake for my 65th birthday. It was delivered to our resort on time however it was tasteless, dry, and did not contain the correct filling. The receptionist at our resort called numerous times to complain on our behalf but was met with deaf ears. As a matter of fact, she... More

We did not eat here but indulged in pasteries. Oh my, none of the many selections disappointed our large clan. We also got pasteries at the Mega grocery store and the were far far better! Once again, oh my!

I first came to the Panama on a city tour of Mazatlan when we stopped for lunch and a potty break. The first thing that grabs you is the aroma emanating from the bakery. Further exploration revealed a plethora of delicate sweets that are hard to resist. The filled pastries are especially delightful. A half dozen tasty treats later, I... More

This time we did not eat in. However, we chose some lovely ham and cheese croissants and other bakery items to avoid buying food on the airplane. It was a nice treat on our way home. Panama never disappoints us. Great location in the GZ.
