This is a pleasant, clean stop for lunch and a favorite with the locals. It is a chain of nine restaurants in Mazatlan. My husband and I shared an entree for lunch and that was plenty. I had a '"Pincada" drink...I believe it was a blended coconut and banana drink...so refreshing. Even though it's busy....there is plenty of staff. The... More

This was not the first time I have been at Panama. For some reason this last time everything went catastrophic. First of all they took a long time to bring our appetisers. They also brought the appetisers and the entrees at the same time so we didn't have the space and by the time we finished with the appetisers our... More

I know many people feel compelled to dine at Panama. My two experiences were disappointing. I recall an overpriced and small Denver omelette, eating at a tiny 'for two' table, with deafening noise in the background. Waitress was seen once, and then a food server. Getting a refill of coffe was time consuming. This place reminds me of a Denny's... More

Panama is a wonderful place to stop for bakery goodies as well as meals. We especially like to stop in the evenings on our walks and get the next morning pasteries. It is beautiful in there with the gorgeous cakes and pies as well as cookies, donuts and rolls.

Tasty diner where locals go to have breakfast, lunch or diner. I had some "Huevos rancheros", coffee and orange juice. All was very tasty, good quality and service was friendly. It is not a cheap place but affordable. Don't miss it!

Very consistent. A bit pricier than some places but the food is consistently good and desserts are to die for.

Ok, let me start by saying that my wife asked me to write this review because she cannot believe this is NOT ranked as the number 1 restaurant in Mazatlán... First of all this place is open all day, but it's highly recommended that you visit either for breakfast (which is outstanding) or lunch. We have personally never been there... More

I think the best way to describe it to americans is as a "Diner." Nevertheless this restaurants is at least 5 steps ahead in terms of service and food quality. Rarely do I hear someone not liking the "sazon" (flavor of the food) in this place. I've been going to eat here since it opened a long time ago. Never... More
