Came here specifically for fresh baked cinnamon rolls as well as coffee. we were not disappointed. Breakfast selections looked great but we stuck with the fresh made pastries.

Service was a tad slow for the restaurant not being busy. The latte was excellent and went well with the banana bread. A great place for coffee and a sweet.

My family and friends have been coming here for years and we know the passion Max (the owner) has for his food and his customers. He makes every coffee individually (love the cappuccino) and you can see him at his shop late at night making his special recipe for bread, buns, croissants and pastries (I love the cinnamon buns). He... More

Maybe we were unlucky, given the generally good ratings this place gets. However, it took 35 minutes before we got a coffee. The coffee was definitely not worth the wait - it was ordinary at best. After 45 minutes my huevos rancheros turned up. Unfortunately, they had not used the time to cook my eggs. There is not much more... More

This is definitely the #1 place I would recommend for breakfast. Each morning, Max makes delicious, warm pastries. Great atmosphere. The only problem was that the restaurant was understaffed and the waitress forgot to give me something that I asked for multiple times (a fork, another OJ). Besides that, it was delicious.

Great menu, terrific homemade croissants, great service and the BEST coffee in Huatulco by far! Max the proprietor is a hands on, personable owner that likes what he does and sees to it that his customers are well looked fed and served!

This is a must do in Huatulco. The morning baking is wonderful.....just the smells as you're nearing the restaurant are heaven! Great baking, lattes and sandwiches.

Great little breakfast place, with fresh cinnamon buns. Prices are way more realistic than most of the entries around Huatulco. Definitely worth the visit.

The coffee here is the best I drank in 3 Mexican cities. Max, the owner is a kick. His hamburgers are really good and artisanal. He makes his own breads and pastry. Love the croissant with chocolate. But anything with chocolate is great. But definitely have a latte.

Whenever we come to HUX, we always stop in to see Max and company for wonderful croissants and cappuccinos!
