We ate here for lunch and had a wonderful meal. The restaurant itself is very quaint and atmospheric. The service was great and the waiter recommended some traditional dishes for us to try. We loved the stuffed chillies and the lemon flavored water which was the best homemade lemonade we have ever had. Definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed dinner at this restaurant . Husband had chicken with mole that was very good. Rice was wonderful as well. I had quesidillas with chorizo . Not quite what I planned on Ordering, but my fault not waiters. Will go back!

We came here cuz we saw a lot of good reviews about this place. We ordered mole and was the poorest mole we ever had according to the price. The horchata water is not good enough, I guess La Michoacana is better than this one. The only thing I really like is the music and the place, also the staff... More

We ate lunch here on our last day in Huatulco but my son wished we would have found it earlier in the week. The restaurant is right across from the mercado, but felt private for being right of the street. The decor was nice, and the wait staff was attentive without being intrusive. Our waiter even brought out a floor... More

We went to this restaurant based on the good reviews and were not disappointed. The food was great, so was the service. I highly recommend the Sabor de Oaxaca plate

The food was good but a little on the dry/overcooked side. My husband ordered the grasshoppers and enjoyed them. They have great sangria.

The food and the service was good. We had the "Taste of Oaxaca". However, the constant flow of panhandles was very distracting. The worst was the xylophone player just outside. When he passed through the restaurant looking for money, I would have payed him not to play any more.

In our week in Huatulco, we found ourselves heading back to Sabor de Oaxaca many times. We sampled the moles--i loved the coloradito. And everyone loved the shrimp cocktail, with LOTS of delicious shrimp in a great salsa. Also an avocado salad, chilaquiles--really everything. The restaurant itself could not be a more pleasant, and the service is truly excellent.
