This restaurant is a perfect fit for the Zocalo. It caters to Mexican, American, Canadian and some European tastes. Breakfast covers local fare to Americano based favorits. Almost all items have options of toast or tortillas, beans or potatoes, and fruit or juice with coffee with all dishes. The lunches vary from tortas to hamburgers and are all very affordable.... After a leisurely walk around the zócalo, we stopped at D'Raquel's for lunch. Had great schnitzel and sausage with potatoes, and an outdoor big screen TV to watch the world cup. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Good stuff!

on a whim finally made it to Raquel's after hearing about this place from other people I know- went for breakfast with 2 friends - there were maybe a dozen people already seated and we sat at the last table available. That morning there was only one waitress waiting on everyone and the wait was comfortable- coffe was tepid and... More

The ribs are the best I ever had in Acapulco. The staff is always friendly and the sauerkraut is homemade by Wolfgang. We shall keep on returning.

We visited this location several times this year for the ribs and we must say that they are as good as any we have had in Chicago or Kansas City. Wolfgang prepares them so they are cooked just right and the sauce he prepares is excellent and the price is right. Breakfast here is a delight.

This has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Acapulco. This year I dined there four times in the evening and on three occasions I ordered the ribs and once the weiner schnitzel. The ribs are as good as any I have had back in the US, which cost three times as much and do not taste as good.... More

A group of seven with reservations on Friday. Stood around waiting for approx 30 minutes for them to set up a table. Bathrooms are a filthy mess. I don't think the margaritas had any liquor in them. Noisy dirty alley location. With all that being said the Ribs were good.

Raquels is just off of the Zocalo so a little walking (not much) is needed. Lots of people so if you are looking for a quiet location, this isn't it. The food was good, people are friendly, they speak english and the menu us also in english/spanish. It's a nice place with good food. I thought the rack of ribs was... More

The only thing preventing this place from being a 4-5 place is the atmosphere. In an alley adjacent to the Zocalo there isn't much to views and flies can at times be annoying. The omelettes and tex mex omelette are delicious. The hot cakes are very good and their coffee is still very good as well. If one can get... More
