Good food but not casual dining. The goat is good but expensive at just over 200 pesos. Service was god.

We chose to sit outside and take in the action of the busy streets of Acapulco. That alone made it fun, but everything else here just seemed to work. A friendly staff, high quality Mexican food and very reasonable prices make this a top recommendation. Definitely try the mole if you at all like mole you've had before ... it... More

We have been going here since the late 80's and have long been a fan. This time around we all order something different from the beef burritos to a grilled chicken salad to the enchiladas verde all great. The margaritas still some of the better in town and all at very reasonable prices. Always worth the visit!!

Casual dining at its best. Great menu with `mexican traditional items, as well as steak seafood, chicken, and of course the famous baby goat. I've eaten here on several occasions and never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, hot and reasonably priced. Shrimp with vodka are great, as is the ceviche. My husband raves about the goat, and the chicken... More

The slow roasted goat was unbelievable. For those with a less adventurous palate, El Cabrito offers an full traditional Mexican menu.

If you are looking for really good food, you will find great Mexican one here. They not only do "cabrito", their "mole" is the best one in Mexico! Seriously! If you are in Acapulco you may visit this place a couple of times before going back home. Great for dinners, either for families, couples, or business trips!

Considering where this restaurant is situated the prices aren't that bad.Your right next to Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock Cafe, now they are expensive. You've got to remember your getting authentic Country Mexican food, not Tex-Mex or the so called Trendy Mexican food. This is how they'd eat it out on the Campos and tiny mountain villages so taking all this into consideration... More

Whenever I have an evening and can't decide what I want, I walk down to El Cabrito. The service is always great; the margaritas terrific and a large menu. I am partial to the Mexican dishes...have to admit I am not brave enough to try the goat. My pals who dine on goat always enjoy it. Prices are reasonable and... More

Missed the opportunity to check out this place during our last visit, so made a special point of visiting early during this stay. After reading about roasted goat (kid), I couldn’t wait to give it a try. Wife not willing to tackle the kid, went for shrimp which looked great and according to my wife, tasted great. My goat was...
