Service is a problem

I gave this restaurant a 4, only because of the service. This has always been a problem with restaurant. The view is of the bay is great and the food was excellent, the wait staff slow and surly.

What a spectacular view. Seating on the beautiful terrace the view is just WOW double WOW. Food a litle pricy for the quality. Onion soup good the Salmon dish was excellent. A must to be while in Acapulco

Had dinner here with a client while in Acapulco for work. We did not have a reservation but they were able to get us a table. We arrived to watch the sunset, and with the lights of the city shining in the background, it was magical. The staff could not have been more wonderful as they provided us with everything... More

An Acapulco landmark for good reason. The architecture alone is worth a visit, a hip hotel and restaurants with art deco and 60's overtones in a decidedly modern while being true to it's traditional roots. With many levels and built into the side of the mountain, this is a difficult collection of buildings to accurately describe. Suffice to say -... More

Having not been here in years...I thought it would be good to try again. The view is still amazing, the food pretty good, but was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service. One of our guests appetizer was wrong and when sent back, was not replaced as asked. In addition, the food came to the table cold. Simple domes would have solved... More

The Las Brisas Hotel has great service, and so does its restaurant. In addition, the restaurant is set on the side of the mountain, about 1,000 feet above the bay, and it has great views. The food is also very good.

I have been going to Acapulco since I was born. Las brisas is still the most romantic hotel in the world. The restaurant Bella Vista ir romantic, fantastic view and food with no fuss, just good quality, well prepared food. The ambience is elegant and seductive. The service is very good, friendly and attentive.

Not our best meal, but beautiful view, staffs were very pleasant too. It can be a bit windy too, so take a scarf.

My wife and I came here for our first dinner on our honeymoon and we have been back numerous times. The first time we stepped out onto the patio and saw the bay and twinkling lights across the water, we couldn't believe our eyes. This is still one of our favorite places to go and we have brought our kids... More
