You won't find finer cuisine in Monterrey. I've going to this resturant since 12 years and its getting better everytime. One thing I like about their menu is that they keep some dishes as a base for those who like to stick with the tried and good, but change other options according to seasons. Even though it's kind of nouvelle... More

I realized why Pangea is rated as the best restaurant in Mexico. It is well deserved. Gourmet food at its best. Wide wine list. Wonderful ambience inside and the outside terrace is also great. Fabulous to go with a business party, friends or couples. The 60 hours Short Rib is exceptional. I also tried Octopus ordered by my wife and... More

I loveeeee the gourmet food they have here, they play with fusion flavors giving each plate a great taste, very attentive waiters. The atmosphere is very comfortable. This is not a place for kids. A good place for business meetings or special events.

Great service and great international food. The bill can get somewhat expensive if you start ordering from the wine list (like most places) but the dishes are reasonable priced for the quality you get. Portions are adequate ( not on the big size like you would find in a more commercial place). We've had dinner there on a couple of... More

Salad with Brie cheese and Serrano ham is delicious, tuna tartar, Lechón and tomato soup are terrific as well. Their catering service is the best in Monterrey.

Every detail of this meal was outstanding. The bread with butter is a great start to an outstanding experience. I decided for the three-course meal which was great. I started with the shrimp bruschetta, which was lovely. Then I had the chicken as a plato fuerte. Wow! Finally, the coconut ice cream in a hollowed out mango. Yes, I need... More

Our experience at Pangea was perfect. From the fresh warm wheat rolls, my deliciously seasoned squash soup with pesto and pistachios, salmon raviolis in a saffron sauce with asparagus and ham, coconut ice cream in a hollowed out mango with two different sauces and a wafer in the shape of a spoon, and a surprisingly good Mexican merlo and an...
