Great steak, better ceviche

Had a wonderful business dinner here while staying at a near by hotel. The non-smoking part of the restaurant was fully booked so sat in the smoking section. I normally don't like smoke around during dinner but the ventilation was good enough that it didn't bother me. Dinner was great. The... read more

This restaurant is good, very good service, excellently prepared food, but a bit overpriced. Nice waiting area with free drinks, comfortable, and cool,oh yea the train, the train passes twice a day near the restaurant blowing the loudest horn!!!

Delicious and a very Mexican taste. The noise of the passing by train several times a day would be the only con. Besides that it's a must in Monterrey.

Business meeting at the terrace sound like a good deal....well not a good idea. Don't know the exact schedule but the train passes by from 2pm till 4 at least twice and it is LOUD! Other that that rib eye a la sal and barbacoa de arrachera are a must. Try booking with time to get a table inside if... More

If you are looking for a place to try Mexican cuisine you need to come here. Every dish has its own signature and leaves you wanting more. However you definitely need to try the steaks, they are delicious. Also don't forget to ask for dessert, they have great choices...ask the waiter for recommendations

Even with all the competition in Monterrey and a million options to have a great meal, La Nacional is still the best, with great steak or fish, and the very Mexican appetizers are sure to pair very well with the tequila offerings or a good wine. This is a place to come with friends, family, couple or even business. It’s... More

Excellent food, salsas and service. Everything on the menu is worth trying incluiding the vegetables. Love the "Tacos de Fideo Seco" and the "Ribeye a la Sal" accompanied by the traditional northern beer Carta Blanca. It's a little pricey but it's totally worth it!

This is a great business spot for lunch but even better for a nice dinner. The steak is outstanding and enjoy a few tequilas as you eat.

Excellent food and service contemporary International/ Mexico fusion cuisine. Reasonable price if you can manage not to ask for wine or other spirits. Some dishes (including desserts) are intended for sharing with a at least a couple of people; ask your waiter before ordering. Try to make a reservation in advance, especially from Thursday to Saturday, as it will be... More

The service is always amazing and the food is even better. I go atleast twice in a month and it is by far my favorite restaurant in Monterrey. If you go, you must try the guacamole, the artichoke and the aguachile de ribeye as appetizers. It can be a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it.
