We mentioned to the waiter that we are vegetarian, and the Chef, Jean, came out to talk to us. Together we discussed what dish he could make with the ingredients he had available. Talk about personalized service! He made us a delicious pasta dish (not on the menu) using fresh ingredients. It was a delightful evening!

I was at guaycura hotel the last weekend. The restaurant is deliciouse! It has a beautiful view of the todos santos oasis! I had breakfast and dinner at the terrace. Great service, very good food and great view

We had a lunch in Guaycura in a rainy December day. We were sitted in a kind of library full of beautiful books and alboms. The food was equally refined and testy. We highly recomend this place.

One afternoon, we had a caesar salad and the grilled fish entree. Everything was so fresh and really well prepared. The chef here is incredible. My wife and I had a late breakfast at Guaycura just last week, and we found it a very enjoyable experience. She had Huevos Rancheros, while I had Huevos Al Gusto, with chorizo and a delicious green sauce. Portion sizes were small, but the flavors were rich and the decor enchanting.

Nicest hotel in town. Good location and friendly staff. The roof top has a great view of the area. Roof top pool needs a heater!

The food here is fantastic. Not that you'd know by the empty restaurant! Please note that the staff speak little or no English so you will have to stick to menu items. Items we ordered (drinks etc) were forgotten and it was nearly impossible to get the bill.
