This is a brand-new space designed specially for this restaurant. The young chef who made Mack's such a success (though short-lived for reasons beyond her control) is back with a new, exciting menu that keeps some of the favorites from Mack's but adds several more dishes to reach a wider audience. The space is a two-story, light-filled new building. Service... More

I went to this restaurant with a few friends, because of all the reviews here. The truth is that this is the most overpriced panda express I have ever been to. Service is bad and they treat you as if they were giving you something. People stay away from this place. Tijuana has lots of very good restaurants that you... More

I don't know why the word "Cousine" is appearing after the name of Chan's rather than "Cuisine", as indicated on the facade. There is a kind parking attendant posted in front and a small lot in the back. I like the pretty row of bamboo plants along the front of the building, which lends an exotic air. The owner is... More

Nothing really special about this place, except that the prices are a bit higher and you get better service, food wise not impressed. I got the shrimp over rice, and friends all got pork with something and non of us were impressed, oh well, next stop Mexicali :)

I've always found this place to be extremely boring. Its just somewhat normal chinese food. That being said though, chinese food is almost exclusively terrible all around Baja so the fact that they have it right here is somewhat rare I suppose. A lot of their fancier dishes aren't that great. The scallops and duck have been very whatever. I... More

Went to visit this restaurant because of reviews, however a litle bit disapointed in food quality, we did have chans rolls as appetizer, not bad but bare in mind big portion, then we did have a coconut chicken which was very sweet and garnished with sherries ..... a little look warm, also a sichuan shrimp that was good choice. Visit... More

The Chinese food here is very good. My advice: order HALF ORDERS! The regular orders are HUGE. It is not expensive if you order half orders, the complaints you see about price are for those who ordered regular size dishes which does quickly add up. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating to some of our requests. Restaurants inside is... More
