Been long time waiting to try how good the Plasencia restaurants are. Very traditional and white table cloth restaurant with good service. Would recommend the Arroz Negro, very tasty with just a good amount of seafood portion. Its a plate to share. I only tried the gamba shrimp tapa but wasnt as i expected, you smell the herbs more than the feta... More

The place is really nice and confortable, service was excellent, very attentive waiters! The problem I had was that I ordered the prime rib and was expecting to be full after desert. Wrong! I had to order some extra entrees to fill up! Hoo! And before I forget, don't dare to order the paella, bad choice as it tastes like... More

Casa Plasencia specializes in traditional Spanish food, the tapas are delicious and all the main dishes have been excellent. I have been to this place many times and I will keep going back.

Tijuana has many places that do grilled octopus world-class. This is one. I had the seafood platter that comes with a house salad. Oyster. Scallop, fish fillet, octopus and shrimp. All grilled and outstanding. The shrimp was more like lobster texture. It was delightful and a wonderful dinining experience upstairs in an area dedicated to the bull fighters. I will... More

Started with appetizers: lamb chicharon with a variety of salsas and small homemade tortillas, delicious. Next beef tongue in an almond and tomato bisque. This was also eaten with tortillas. To finish we had squid and octopus with rice. The rice was black due to the ink from the octopus. These are somewhat unusual dishes. They were amazingly delicious. The... More

The service and the place was awesome but the food was disappointing. I ordered three dishes and they all lack flavor. I felt like some spices was missing. I would rather go to Villa Siverios. Very comparable but better food.

I don't normally care for trout, but the Trout Sarandia at Casa Plascencia is simple and superb. The wine list is one of the most extensive in Tijuana and... More
