By far one of the best restaurant experiences in Baja!

By far one of the best restaurant experiences in Baja! In the Zona Río of Tijuana this place has incredible ingredients, presentation, service, execution mixed with really cool local flavors and style. Top notch restaurant.

Safe, secure, easy to find...And then the dining experience..... Food was fresh, creative, flavorful and had a nice presentation. Service was good, not great but certainly didn't detract from the meal. We shared appetizers and desserts and each had a main dish and NOBODY was disappointed! With an easy 10 minute border wait heading back, this dining experience should be... More

i have had many extravaganza lunches with my beloved Louise in NYC, after retirement took couple vacations to Edinburgh (glorious city), lived in NO, many business trips to San Francisco and i think this is one of the best restaurants in the world. The way everything is assembled brought to the table is pretty impressive and intensely flavorful. i may... More

First of all, the atmosphere is very chic and industrial but the service is lousy. When I arrived the hostess insisted we wait for a table because we didn't have a reservation. We got there at 4:30 pm and waited for 20 minutes, even thou the restaurant was completely empty. The menu is very limited consisting of only 2 pages.... More

If you want to impress a date then bring her here. It is upscale and expensive for Tijuana. The service is exceptional but the food good be better. We started by having the Pulpo Al Carbon $155 pesos(Octopus on the Grill). It was well presented but the portions was small (as expected for a place like this) and the taste... More

Much has been written about Baja Med and what I'd like to call Mexican "cocina nueva" like French cuisine nouveau. Well, after my Mexican wife and I finally ventured across the border from our home in San Diego to spend a weekend in Tijuana, I'm basically speechless. Not only is Tijuana a lot more accessible and interesting than you would... More

Not to be missed! If you live or visit Tijuana make it a point to have lunch or dinner at Missión 19 Very creative Bajamed cuisine under the direction of Javi Plascencia, one of the initiators of this movement. Excelent drinks too

This is one of the top high scale restaurants in the area and you need to be prepared to pay for its value, with excellent service and great food. The variety of local wines is amazing. Great evening atmosphere and very good for business lunch meetings. I had a great weekend food and wine evening at this place with some... More

I have now enjoyed 2 visits to this excellent restaurant. Creative food done right. Possibly the only downside is they are very popular now and you probaply need to make a reservation. This last trip was last minute and they were full. They do have a bar area upstairs that they escorted us to and is quite nice and you... More
