Have eaten at these restaurants many times and find the meals to be consistently fine. However, service is inconsistente. Several visits in Playas de Tijuana have convinced me that this is a fine, convenient location for a good meal with friends or solo. The Chiles en Enogado are the best I have found in Baja California, although a seasonal specialty... More

Decorated like a Mexican hacienda, this is a great place for authentic Mexican food. We went for lunch and were entertained with live music while we dined. We had an assortment of appetisers, cheese dip, salsa with chips and home made corn tortillas. This is a favorite of locals and I can see why. We were full after appetisers so... More

This was my second time at La Casa del Mole Poblano on Paseo de los Heroes and both times have been great! I had enchiladas with three different sauces and it was yummy! Handmade tortillas, delicious aguas frescas and the Mexican desserts are worth the visit!

I visited Casa de Mole for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and ambience was even better. It is easy to get to with a small enclosed parking lot next to the restaurant. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back again.

I visited La Casa del Mole Poblano with my husband and mother (whom was born and raised in Puebla) hoping to find a bit of my mother's homeland delicious cooking yet our expectations fell short. First of all, the place has no sign outside other than the one painted on the entrance wall which happened to be partially blocked by... More

I went to this restaurant because I wanted to avoid the typical Tijuana turista type restaurant. This restaurant caters to local clientele is conveniently located, not far from the US/Mexico border. The menu was extensive. Mole along with the enchiladas and tamales appeared to be their specialties. In addition to the mole, you can select from a variety of sauces... More

Truthfully, this place has gone down hill. Used to be a four star restaurant. Ate here yesterday. The tables were sticky and the chips were stale. Very disappointing. Still has good variety of mole and good margaritas. The atmosphere is nice.

The food is all gourmet and the price is really good. I really recommend this place. I got a tip from a friend that the food here was good and that I was going to enjoy this restaurant but all he said came short for what you get here. Stop here and enjoy real Mexican food, trust me you will... More

I've eaten here a few times, the Zona Rio location, and have found it to be excellent. They have a lot of different moles, and many different ways of serving it up, so there's a lot of combinations that are possible.
