There is a plaque out front indicating that this is the restaurant where Caesar salad was invented. It's been a while since I've been here, but every time i go it's great. The servers always make your salad table side, and explain every single ingredient they are using and why. One taste of their fresh delicious Caesar and, you will... More

I did not eat at Caesar's because I was so full from a previous engagement and was severely disappointed. However, the meals that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. Great ambiance. Classy. Service is wonderful The drinks were spectacular. The reposado is delicious in a mango margarita with the peppered rim. They catered to all our needs and "antojos."... More

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here. We started off with the house Caesars beer - which was surprisingly fantastic. Our meal and service were superb. The highlight for us was, of course, the table side preparation of the Caesar Salad. It was the best one we have ever had. Thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.

A nice renovation has put Caesar's back on the scene, busy but not overcrowded, great Caesar's salad prepared tableside, tuetano sopes and filet mignon. Ask the manager for the specials, you wont'n be dissapointed.

Well the Caesar's salad is excellent as it was invented here, the restaurant is old Tijuana style with a nice Bar, the service is excellent the staff is very attentive, the food is very good with a mix of baja/international plates, its a bit expensive but worth it. They have Vallet service for parking is not a problem (fixed fee)
