Will come again

We were walking down the strip looking for a place to stop and have some dinner and another couple told us they always eat here so we decided to try it. Very pleasant and friendly nice place lots to look at. The food was good and the local wines are great.

I've eaten at El Nido several times and been delighted on every visit. The food is always delicious, authentic and beautifully presented. The house-made tortillas are nearly addicting! The service has always been friendly, efficient and attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant includes a couple different dining rooms and each has its charm. There are lots of plants in each... More

This restaurant is very good, way too expensive. Their is a moms and pops restaurant down the street "xochitl" that has a lot more taste and is propably a 3rd of the price. You're not paying for the place, you're paying for the food vs el nido.

Whatever they call it, the upstairs "Jungle Room" is more than worth asking for specifically. It is fun, there is a water wall, and it is a very relaxing experience. The food was good and well presented. The shrimp in foil was cooked a little too long. That seems to be fairly common thing for lobster and shrimp in Rosarito.... More

When we walked in we were greeted by the lovely smell of a mesquite fire but there is where the charm ended. I have to say the food is similar to a Mexican themed chain restaurant. And I honestly think that's being a little harsh...to the chain restaurant. This definitely gets filed under tourist trap, I don't imagine we will... More

Awesome food and atmosphere. Not too many places get it right in Mexico but this place must have had some USA consultants come in to help with ambiance etc.... You do pay for it though but for the meal quality and ambiance it is worth it. Get the Margarita on the rock but order it skinny and with Hornitos Teq.... More

Worst experience ever. I have never felt so discriminated in my life. I have been going here for over 6 years I was very disappointed today when I decided to take my in laws. The waiters and even the manager were very disrespectful laughing at my family and I. Treating us like trash. They took long to seat us, we... More

Amazing authentic food. The menu has all you can think of but if your child does not want that they have a kid friendly menu. The menu is in english and spanish and with pesos and dollars. Awesome food and do remember to tip the bus boy after the waiter.

Although the service was exceptional and the location was beautifully decorated, the food was not great and somewhat over priced. I liked the scenery of the restaurant and appreciated the staff that was very prompt at all times. But, Menu needs a lot of improving.
