Best fish tacos ever

We just returned from a 10 day cruise to Mexico and one of the best meals along the way was fish tacos at Orlando's in Loreto. The tacos (3) were huge, on flour tortillas, with lots of quacamole and pico for about $6.00 US. The fish was as fresh as I have ever had, probably caught that morning... read more

I had Jilly's Chilli's. Supposedly a "favorite". It was extremely bland and flavorless except for the chilaquillas which had some flavor. My husband had the Poblano Omlette which in his opinion was too sweet and somewhat bland. Fought off flys the whole time. Would not return

This was our favourite restaurant in Loreto - but I must say that we didn't have a single bad meal during our holiday in Baja California Sur. Orlando's was consistently good on all fronts. The service was invariably friendly and efficient and the food was always delicious. The prices were very acceptable and the Margaritas and Pacificos were much enjoyed.... More

On our way to the airport we almost didn't have time to stop at Orlando's. What a mistake that would have been. The service was excellent, prices great, but the food was wonderful. With our group of 10 there were 9 entries that would be ordered again, it was that good. I had the chicken enchilada's with Verde sauce and... More

We had several meals at Orlando's during a recent stay. It is an excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The clientele is a mix of locals and expat types. This is our first choice for restaurants in Loreto.

Orlando's was a true find. Orlando himself works in the restaurant and is very friendly and welcoming. The food he serves is just wonderful. Both my husband and I agree that this was our best meal. We started with fish soup, which I encourage anyone to try. We continued with his famous shrimp filled chili rellanos and local fish. They... More

We ate breakfast two days in a row after a recommendation by a person who lives there part time of the year. It was very good. Cute ambience as well.

We ate there a couple of times and were never disappointed. The breakfast was the best we had in town. The margarita was one of the best in town.

First time in Loreto and only place I ate in Loreto - so not an expert when it comes to eating in Loreto. However, I know a good restaurant experience. We went because we wanted good food and free Wifi. We got free Wifi :) I had the chicken fajitas and honestly, I was a little scared to eat the... More
