This restaurant has been closed for two years. It was a good restaurant when it was open but the owner had health issues.

The restaurant appears to be permanently closed, all the tables are cleared out and it looks empty. When it WAS open, it was a family favorite. It will be greatly missed.

Thank you for visiting Cafe de Lolita in Loreto. We would like to let you know that our restaurant is closed in Loreto, but in two more months it would open again in San Jose del Cabo. We would love to see you if you visit San Jose any time. Francisco Rosas Owner Cafe de Lolita More

Rushed into Loreto and ran over to our favorite El cafe de lolita, but it was closed this visit. Truly the best food in Loreto beyond a doubt.

A very good simple selection of light food -- salads & sandwich’s washed down with rum/orange or vodka /cucumber punch. Delicious & refreshing. Went twice --& will go again when back in Loreto.

This is cafe food at its best, world class! Paco is a terrific barista/host and Paola is a brilliant chef. Great homemade eggy breakfasts, huge and healthy salads/sandwiches for lunch, and rumor has it they'll be serving dinner soon. I'll be there!

On a trip to Loreto last week we found ourselves liking the food in downtown better than what was at our hotel 25 minutes down the highway. For breakfast the place to go was Cafe de Lolita and we probably would've eaten there every day if our place wasn't so far but at least we ate their twice both on... More

We spend time in southern Baja every winter. We love cafe Lolita and eat here nearly every day when in Loreto. The food is heavenly. There are fat sandwhiches with imaginative fillings served on home baked bread and well as really good salads and tasty breakfast dishes.. The juices are fresh squeezed and the coffee is excellent. The charming owners,... More
