We had our boat in the Marina de La Paz and visited this place frequently. They run a great breakfast although the service can be a little slow if they get too busy. even people from outside the marina were coming in with families to enjoy the food and the views.

It's fun to sit outside or inside by the windows and watch all the live aboard people motoring back and forth from their boats to the restaurant. I would guess the fish is not caught too long before it's cooked because my fish sandwich was amazing! There is a very broad menu so there is something for everyone here. One... More

I actually have eaten there a few times. But usually only because someone wanted to try it out. The food is average to good. Prices are higher than they should be. That is because they are mainly catering to the gringo boating community. Service in most cases was slow. They waiters seemed to be indifferent. They do have the best... More

We found this little gem of a restaurant one morning while looking for a place that served breakfast, American style. I had pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. My spouse had fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage. We liked it so much, we went back the next morning! I had the potato and queso soup, with carrots, cilantro, onion and spices, a... More

The Dock Café is one of my favorite places to have breakfast. The staff is friendly and courteous, the food is good and plentiful. I recommend trying the chilaquiles. This is a traditional Mexican dish. I usually get my chiaquiles with salsa verde and scrambled eggs.

Located on the grounds of the friendliest marina in La Paz, Marina de La Paz, The Dock Cafe is a great place to relax and dream of cruising in the Sea of Cortez. Catering to both locals and yachtistas, this laid-back cafe offers views of the yachts in the marina and the comings and goings of the dinghy commuting crowd.... More

Don't expect gourmet food, but this is a pleasant shady spot to watch the dingies come in from the boats moored further out. The service is friendly and unhurried. I had a nice tuna salad on crisp greens that I liked and would have again. Our friends had fish and chips they say are the best in the area. My... More
