Good restaurant

We had dinner here and were pleased with the quality of the food and the service. It is on the malecon, so has nice views of the sea from the sidewalk. I would say that the prices are average for the malecon.

One of the best deep fried Red Snapper (whole fish) with garlic sauce I have had. Quite a bit cheaper than Cabo San lucas. We were there for lunch and so it was not crowded. Very friendly waiter and enjoyed our lunch - immensely. The grilled fillet was also as good, if you prefer not to tackle bones.

It used to be an excellent seafood restaurant, last time i was there, the ceviche was not fresh, the shirmp were to salty, the restaurant needs to be re painted and the bathrooms to be cleaner. tip do not seat outside, the waiter service will be very bad.

The food and ambiance continue t be fantastic, you just can not beat the imperial shrimp or the reheated stuffed potatoes with whichever stuffing you choose, they are frankly without peer. Sadly my favourite waiter was not working the evening we went for supper, the server who attended us simply spent too much time behind the computer at the pay... More

In a convenient location at the north end of the Malecon, we enjoyed a good and unbelievably inexpensive dinner here. Remember you are not in the US.No one spoke English (but our waiter brought out a beautiful hunk of dorado for us to see when we weren't sure what he was saying), no air conditioning (but we sat under a... I was happy to see Pescado Sarandeado on the menu and it was quite good. I don't know why this preparation of a fish is hard to find, but I think it is worth a special trip to have it. Service was definitely uninterested, maybe even bordering on surly. I will be back though!

This older establishment is on the north end of the Malecon. Small patio row of tables and wlak up counter are always busy. More tables inside that (at times) has AC running. Quick service and really fresh, quality, Baja style seafood. Tostada Especial is a real treat and all ceviches are top notch. Full bar and beer choices.

I have to say that the food was very good, but the service was lacking. Once our drinks and food were delivered, the waiter disappeared. It is right on the 'malecon' across from the water. Go there for the food but beware of the sub-par service, unless our experience wasn't typical.

We had dinner at Mariscos Los Laureles on a Monday evening. The ambiance is typical Mexican, tile floors, wooden furniture. The whole front of the restaurant opens onto the Malecon. We ordered a couple of Tecates and then our troubles began. We had been looking forward to oysters, but no oysters. Okay, we'll have shrimp. The food came reasonably fast,... More
