The last few times I dined at Las Tres Virgenes, winter of 2014, I was very disappointed. The Ceasar's salad was wilted, boring. The fish and chicken were ok that my friends ordered. I had the beef/pork shank and it was outstanding. The ambiance is awesome and the service was excellent.

My husband, cousin and I visited this restaurant for dinner. We took a cab from our resort, and the cab driver knew exactly where Las Tres Virgenes was located. The outdoor seating is an enclosed patio exclusive to this restaurant with trees planted throughout. The staff is excellent, very attentive and very informative about the menu and its choices. There... More

We came across this restaurant during our search for a local super market and the smells wafting out the door convinced us to try it and we are so glad we did - the best food we had on our Mexico trip! I had the shrimp and risotto and my husband had the chicken codon bleu and it was heavenly.... More

Yes, the place looks good. The decor is nice and romantic. The food though, not so much. It's expensive, portions are ok, taste is unremarkable. Waiting staff was ok, not great, not completely inattentive, just ok. What was really upsetting, was the bill. It was very very high. I feel like they charge American customers differently and pad the bill... More

This beautiful little restaurant has an open courtyard and stone hearth on which they grill meats using mesquite - the combination is great food in a beautiful setting. Try the grilled ribs - delicate flavor and cooked to perfection. Hot sauces / salsas are great, and the flatbreads offered with every meal are a delicious substitute to tired old tortilla... More

We went earlier in the day to make a reservation and find out how to get there, we were walking. They weren't open but a young gentleman came to the door to ask our mission, we told him we needed reservations, he said no problemo, we would not need them, cool. We got there around 7pm, got seated right away,... More

The Cesar was great -- made at the table and was very traditional preparation. The shrimp wer e WAY overcooked as was my husband's tuna. Too bad. Also, they were out of several items on the menu. The mojitos were fabulous however!

This restaurant has a beautiful outdoor dining area in a garden with lovely plantings and soft lighting. The food was outstanding, but the service was a bit slow. The kitchen was out of the sea bass, so we ordered tuna and after many minutes the waiter returned to say they didn't have tuna either. The only seafood was shrimp risotto.... More

We had a lovely meal and the patio was really beautiful. The service was excellent. My only complaint, the menu is very meat heavy. The only thing on the menu I could order was the risotto which was very good.

We were a group of 8. The atmosphere is wonderful and romantic. The service was a bit slow, some of the food was excellent and some only okay. Two people had the shrimp rosotto and it was excellent, as was the chicken cordon blue, 3 of us had the ribs and were disappointed. There was lots of meat on the... More
