We enjoyed a week in La Paz and ate several times at the FUBAR Cantina. It was a wonderful experience. The food and service was excellent. Don't forget to have dessert! Can't wait to return.

What a fantastic place! Me and my buddy went to La Paz for a fishing trip and tried many of the local restaurants but found ourselves coming back here time and again because of the great food, service, and reasonable prices (not to mention great view of La Paz bay and the Malecon. They even prepared our catch for us... More

How can you explain to someone who has not visited this place, how great it is? From the pictures of all the fish that have been caught to the people who have visited to the excellent food and drinks.......there is a lot to take in. We fished with the Tailhunter La Paz and Las Arenas fishing fleets on two consecutive... More

What could be better than fishing during the day with Jonathon's Las Arenas or La Paz fleet and dropping of some of the catch for your dinner that night. There is a wide variety of menu items to select in addition to however you're having your fish prepared; traditional Mexican fare to Jonathon's Hawaiian inspired ribs to many excellent Mexican... Tailhunter's Restaurant offers reasonably priced good food, great service and the best atmosphere on the Malecon. We had drinks and appetizers one night, and complete dinners on several occasions. The shrimp cocktail is one of the best I've had. My husband begins missing his burgers about half way through our vacation and Tailhunter's has a great bacon cheeseburger that rates... More

I have been fishing out of San Felilpe, but this was first La Paz trip. TailHunter Rest. is a "must enjoy" facility in La Paz. Right on the water. Beautiul view. Great food. Great host and hostess. Hope to return next year!!!

We've eaten dinners there for years. This year, we went to Taco Wednesday, and JnJ had set up a buffet table from which they personally served up very good tacos with multiple toppings and a green pepper/onion saute that was very good. They can accommodate large groups (we were 18 loud men), and the place is more or less family... More
