I ordered the filet mignon and my friend ordered the salmon. What I got was definitely not a filet. It looked more like a chopped up skirt steak. It was so tough I could not eat it. My friend could not eat his salmon either because it was so bad. We suspect it was not fresh, not season properly, and... More

This place use to be excellent but now is just good. Expensive and the service is not as good as it use to be either. Funny as that they still have the same staff. For the price I truly expect more.

One of the oldest seafood places in Ensenada but they seem to remodel every 5 years or so. Good service, not much english its more of a local place, that what makes it so goo. Prices are the norm for seafoo.

first night was good but we ordered too much and a couple wrong dishes (battered fish fillets). was wildly entertaining though as the 2 local gentlemen beside us were hammered and sang alongside the mariachi as loud as they could belt it out. i had the whole fried fish w garlic and it was the best of such i've ever... We had a large group & pretty much all had great meals here. The service was good too. We all thought the food was fresh & tasted great. Nice!

We wanted to eat out one day in style. I asked around, and everybody said you gotta eat lobster. One of us ordered the half langosta and the other a grilled fish fillet. The fish fillet was excellent. I was *very* disappointed in the lobster. It was small and had absolutely *NO* taste. Chips, salsa, beeer were decent. But it... More

I've eaten at Mariscos Bahia Ensenada a few times. It is the most famous seafood place in Ensenada and everyone recommends it by instinct but I honestly feel their glory days are way in the past. The food is nothing special - in fact, I think I can cook better seafood dishes at home. At first I thought it was... More

This restaurant is well known by the locals and is fantastic. It isn't elegant and has no frills. The fish and seafood are all prepared 4 different ways. I had the broiled octopus and was in heaven. The portions are huge! The margaritas were lovely. We had 2 drinks a piece plus our huge entrees and spent $45 with taxes.... More
