Safe food!

I was in Ensenda this past weekend on a cruise with family and friends. After our port adventure, we ended up wandering the shopping street looking for shopping and a place to eat. I have no idea how we found ourselves in this place (someone at the front of the group picked it), but the food... read more

Must stop and have the pork Tacos with the fresh pico de Gallo! Inexpensive, authentic and the owners and staff are top notch. We went twice in three days! Also visit the ice cream shop down the road for a treat after. Nummy!

Quick service, tasty breakfasts, good coffee, and a sassy server - what more could you ask for about 4 bucks?

Skip the tourist places and enjoy real Mexican tacos here! I watched them cook up the fresh fish for my taco, then heaped on the fixings. Delicious and only 20 pesos (just over $1 US). Right next door to the over 100-year-old Hussong's Bar. Experience real Ensenada at these 2 establishments.

I had done some research on taco joints in Ensenada before deciding on this place. I wanted to take my five year old daughter to an authentic taqueria in Mexico for tacos, because, let's face it, it's just cool! I had directions from our cruise dock to the location, which was just over a mile of walking. And the walk... More

The title says it all. The food was authentic, very tasty, and a very good value. Rub shoulders with regular folks.

Nice, friendly staff. A little pricey, but well worth it. It's quite a trek from the cruise ship terminal, but if the weather is nice, you won't mind. Great burritos! Great salsas too!

We ate here on a recommendation and we were overjoyed. Incredible fish tacos and tacos al pastor. Reasonable prices for food and beer. Very basic décor with great service. Just a couple of door down from Papas and Beer.

The food is well presented and the price is very good for all you get. It has been consistent over many years and we enjoy going back for authentic Mexican food.

This is where you should go. Skip Papas and Mango Mango & go get serious about eating tacos. Stop by at Hussongs and enjoy the oldest cantina in Mexico. After this you want the other places, you can revert to tourist mode.
