The first dining experience I had at hill top. If you are looking for an exquisite culinary experience combined with spectacular views over the tranquil Andaman Sea in Ao Nang, Lae Lay Grill is one of the best choices for you to have a memorable dining experience. I am blessed to have my birthday celebration at Lae Lay Grill and... More

The view does not get better and if you stick with basic drinks they are fine. We had three appetizers and they were not good. All edible, but none made us want to stay for dinner. The view was spectacular and the staff very nice about serving us a still frozen appetizer. Oh well.

I celebrated my bf's bday there. I choose here cause of trip advisor review and was attracted by the night view and the whole environment. The food was really really nice! We ordered muscle bake cheese and salmon with Thai sauce something like that as our starter and then Tuna grill and BBQ pork chop as our main dish. The... More

The view is nice during the day and evening and the ambience is also nice. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired

We went to Ao Nang beach the 2nd night we were in Krabi using the resort's shuttle van. I picked Lay Lay Grill as our sunset dinner venue since it gathered quite good review on TripAdvisor. It was a short walk from the busy Ao Nang beach and they even have a shuttle van at the tiny foothill to fetch... More

Have to book. Do ask your receptionist to book a place for you and get them to come pick you up from the hotel (Free shuttle service). Do make it thereby 5.30pm latest. The sunset view is gorgeous! Food is average. Portion was good though. We tried the pinapple fried rice, salmon skin salad and something else (i forgot) but... More

PROS: • Free, efficient, and convenient shuttle service to and from restaurant that picks you up from your hotel. Just ask your hotel's receptionist to help you make a booking and they'll let you know what time the shuttle will pick you up. • Really fresh selections of seafood, fairly good value for money. • Attentive service and helpful staff....
