200m away from main street is this cosy restaurant. Great view, dont miss the sunset. NB, you have to walk up some steep stairs to get up there, but if you are in normal shape, its no problem. The meny is large, and the food is surprinsingly good. Great service, and resonable prices. More

We went there on a Monday afternoon with our children aged 3 and 5, and arrived at 5.30 to make sure we saw the sunset. We were shown to our table on the front with a magnificent view over Ao Nang and its surroundings. Cold towels did well to cool us down on a hot February afternoon, always nice when... More

My dear booked this lovely place for we two as a little celebration for our very 1st overseas trip (though not to a far far place but is always the thought that counts). We were firstly surprised by their thoughtful gesture of picking us FOC @ our resort @ 6pm sharp. Together from there, the shuttle picked up 2 more... More

We were picked up and dropped of at the hotel for dinner and it was lovely with a view over the bay and the sun setting over the ocean. The staff was very attentive. The food was very good, but a word of caution: when you see the chilis marked next to a dish (1 - 3 chillis to indicate... More

We visited Lae Lay Grill on two occasions during our recent holiday. We cannot praise the restaurant high enough for the quality of its food and the staff who are always there to assist but never intrusive. On the second occasion we decided to book through our hotel as recommended by the restaurant . We were about to leave our... More

We ate here on 4 nights of our 6 night stay in Ao Nang. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking. The food was even better. I have an allergy to chillies and the chef cooked me a meal without the chillies for which i was grateful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The staff were attentive and friendly. On our... More

We chose to have dinner at Lae Lay Grill after reading good reviews about it in TripAdvisor. And it lived up to its reputation. The food was good and service impeccable. I enjoyed the combination plate which had very fresh lobster, crabs, fish, squid, mussels and prawns. The staff were always smiling and ever ready to serve. Our table was... More

The food was very good but the service and the view were even better. Try to go before sunset and catch the view for sunset - it is excellent! More

My partner & I had dinner in Lae Lay Grill in Chinese new year night. The only good thing about his restaurant is location with good view. The food portion is quite small and rice isn't great quality for the money we paid. The waitress's English is poor, she tried to help us, but i just can see there are... More
