We went to this pub because the kids were craving some food other than the Thai cuisine. While the Guinness was authentic, the sizes varied too much between the first and second rounds and the food was just about okay.

it has many t.v screens to watch sport and the beer is cold but beware that if the Thai girl behind the bar wants to watch her favourite soapie then every screen in the place will be tuned to that with no exceptions. I saw the whole place walk out one night, about 25 people all because of this problem... More

Well worth a visit up. A side street on the way to the beach, good food, and the place to get. A nice roast dinner, when ones calling!

If you like poor service, canned music, boring and bland food, miserable faces and dull-as-dishwater room décor, then you’ll love this place. I don’t like any of the aforementioned, so I didn’t have a good time here at all. Recommend best avoided.

It is located in Moo 2. As you walk along the beach you will find this place tucked in a small lane. It is at a place called Centre Point. there are a few bars at this place. It is a bar and grill. they also have a few rooms for rent. It has breakfast, lunch and dinner. For b/fast... More

Our first morning in Ao Nang and we tried to find a good English style breakfast. My husband was on crutches so we couldn't walk far. There was no parking at all but we managed to get there. We were the only ones in the place and the one member of staff attended to us quickly. We ordered, but it... More

Like the other Irish pubs in AoNang, this one has no personality and no atmosphere. There was no music playing, no smiles from the staff and no other customers. We were there for dinner though left before the 'entertainment' was scheduled to start. All ordered meals that would be standard in a pub. All reported as 'fine', and fairly bland.... More

Though you wouldn't expect it based on the alley you've got to go through to get here, the Irish Rover is a quality drinking and eating establishment. Twice we've gone there for different meals, and the quality and value was pretty unbeatable, unlike most of the restaurants in Ao Nang. My wife had the roast chicken, which was really good,... More

A bit hidden up a road when coming from the beach, but worth a visit for their Irish style pub, the beers and the live music
