The staff were okay but not that attentive. We had a meal whilst the Lymm food fest was on, although it was almost at an end. The staff were more concerned with getting pizzas out to the people outside and we waited an unacceptably long time to be served. My Daughters meal was cold when it arrived. It was obviously... More

I have never been to such a place in all my life!!! The food was at best burned and at worst reheated by microwave!!!! They were selling aldi presseco for £20 a bottle!!!! The staff were rude and ignorant!!!!! The waiter tipped my fathers meal all over my son!!!! If the meal was at the temperature it should of been... More

We visited Trattoria Baci as a group of ten adults, one of whom was wheelchair disabled. We were treated with the utmost respect, and our every need was met promptly. No one had a poor meal. All the starters, main courses and desserts were well presented and were most enjoyable. Portions were generous too! Ten adults of varying ages all... More

To start we had the garlic bread with the onion and chilli, it look great but it was tasteless, then I had the penne with the chicken in soy bland sauce, my wife had the risotto which was ok, and to finish I had the homemade tiramisu which was wonderful, the restaurant was very clean and the staff very friendly,... My husband and I frequented Baci a number of years ago and returned today after a good day out in the area. Unfortunately it wasn't how it used to be! The 'special' starter of filo king prawns came, 4 of them, not worth the price, frozen and fried. Tomato garlic bread - lovely. Husbands main was meatballs - there were... More

Great food, service and atmosphere and value for money. I have not been here in at least 14 years but going back it was just as good as I remembered.

I really wanted to enjoy this meal as we used to frequent the restaurant a lot and it was excellent. However will not be going back in a hurry. The food was tasteless, we had the 'special starters' giant prawns in filo pastry but the pastry was thick and soggy. I had lamb shank which was tasteless, my mother in... More

The four of us had a variety of food, waited quite a while for starters, but couldn't complain, it was full and had been freshly prepared, gorgeous. All main meals were very nice and couldn't complain at the service. We used Tesco vouchers and didn't experience any problems at all.

Phoned and booked stated tesco vouchers. No prob for booking any eve. Arrived and greeted and i gave our booking name. Restaurant was freezing. Starter was nice. Had the barbecue ribs and some garlic bread. Garlic bread bit bland. Pasta for main. Was supposed to be chicken and chilli but tasted and looked like a madras curry. I didn't eat... More

The restaurant was pretty empty when we went, only a few other tables of people in. The décor was quite authentic, as were the staff very friendly and helpful. It did remind me of being on holiday. The food was just average really, most of our group thought their dishes were very bland and needed more flavour. Visited this place... More
