Decent Chinese fusion food, lame service

Can see European influence in the Chinese dishes but they turn out decent enough. We were the only customers in the cafe and the surprise was how unenthusiastic the cafe owner was when our group went in - no greeting, no smile, not a word. if you want service and value, try Ferm Nyonya, or... read more

We were there for lunch. Ordered what was recommended by the owner. He was very hasty.Never took time to actually explain the dishes,i.e.was like rushing us for orders. Food served was salty, vege overcooked, and seasoning was bad. Chicken was not fully cooked,on the other hand, lamb was overcooked till chewy like rubbery charcoal. And the owner was even bragging foriegners eg from... More

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant to have dinner. We had been traveling for a week in Malaysia and wanted to eat in a restaurant not a street marker. Very basic food, we ordered two different chicken dishes. Mine was a peanut sauce, my wife was mushrooms. Not recommend. Shame.

Having been around for more than 20 years now & outlived its nearby rivals (ie. Roselane & Downtown), it should be massively good. Well, the food turned out pretty good for both western & local dishes we ordered plus the ambience is lively and filled with friendly chatter. But the service was just average at best and definitely did not... More

We ate here a couple of times as the quality of the food was very high. the four of us enjoyed every different dish . The big hit was their Smoked Duck ( Mmmmmm!! yummy ) suckulent in a light sauce . The owner Mr Foong was quite a jolly fellow and the perfect person for front of house .... More

My wife is a Dutch and the moment when we passed through this cafe she was very excited. She has not had Dutch food for many years, especially the Frikandel. Unfortunately we were late as the cafe was closing for the night. So we came back the day after, with enthusiasm and full of excitement. But to my wife's amazement,... More

This place looked nice from the outside and had a few people sitting in it so we thought we'd grab a snack and a coffee. I wish we had gone somewhere else! I ordered a mocha and my boyfriend a cappuccino. They were obviously just the sachet ones that you add hot water to. This cost a whopping 5RM! It... More

We ordered one noodle dish and the much hyped smoked duck. Both were pretty decent, and the restaurant is good fun with the football memorabilia but unfortunately this wall all let down with appalling service. We had to sit at our table with empty plates trying to get the attention of the staff for at least 15 minutes, and one... More
