1st time and first day in Cameron Highlands. Settled at this restaurant for lunch and i have to say its one of the nicest place to have maggi goreng, the dishes for naan is freshly cooked and i really love the raita, Gobi Aloo and paneer masala albeit they substitute the Paneer with tofu. But it's still delicious.

Had lunch in there, the food was hot and bread was okay but the whole restaurant needed a good clean. Would not venture into the toilets!!!!! Flies all over your food and some of the meat looked a dodgy colour. I think we will give it a miss next time.

I ordered a korma and it came out with a greyish/green curry sauce...it tasted nothing like a Korma. The food was ok for the price, but I wouldn't go back

Pros: Number of varieties for both veg and non-veg lovers. Right in the main area of Tana Rata. Low prices. Cons: Quite a lot. Most of the items are there just for the name sake. They taste nowhere closer to the actual Indian dishes. Literal waste of time and money (not so costly though) especially for the vegetarians. DO NOT... More

Although the tandoori tastes quite good, mine was raw in the middle. I sent it back and they put my half-eaten piece back in the oven and served me the same one. The curry seems to be adapted to the western palate. I would consider this place more of a tourist trap when compared with restaurants off the beaten track.

We had a good dinner and breakfast at this place. There's no toast with the omelettes, so get some roti instead!

Went to this restaurant as it had good reviews on here and could not have been more disappointed. The korma tasted nothing like korma I have ever had before and made me feel ill. It was a grey colour and tasted disgusting. I left most of it. The naan was average at best and came with peculiar oily substances. We... More

Wow!! It is so nice to have a Vegetarian Indian food abroad and that too in such a small place - if you are a Vegetarian Indian:):) This made our trip a gala one as after exploring Tanah Rata, we suddenly found this, adjacent to Starbucks and opposite Taxi Stand. They spoke Hindi and were funny, Dosas were so good... More

The tandoori tasted old as if cooked in morning, cold, not freshly cooked. The waiter says it is ok eventhough it tasted terrible. Banana leaf meal cold & tasteless. Curries were cold, only heated when requested. Chicken curry cold and not up to Indian spicy standard, was cooked hours earlier not fresh. Naan was average. Do not go to this... More

We had dinner at this place twice. It lacks atmosphere, but the food is cheap, tasty, seems to be fresh and served quickly. No frills, just good Indian food. We especially liked the masala thosai (huge rice pancake folded with some potato/vegetables inbetween). We can't agree with the comments about bad hygiene, since the place looked reasonably clean to us,... More
