Wonderful local cuisine in a fabulous setting. Our children were offered to be cooked anything, if they couldn't find what they wanted on the A la carte menu. However, they had a 3 course dinner!

The food was locally sourced and beautifully cooked and presented. The canapes were a lovely treat with the pre dinner drinks. The beef was delicious and melted in the mouth. There was a nice selection of wine to go with the meal too.

Had wedding luncheon for 15 people. Simply excellent. Staff attentive, service and food 1st class, setting splendid. All of which contributed to a very special day and lot's of happy memories. Unanimous thumbs up from our guests.

Stopped here to see if we could get some tea, a very lovely hotel which served us tea and shortbread, some of the best I've eaten. A lovely relaxed place with friendly staff. If your looking for a beautiful place to stay, give it a try. The hotel and its accommodation looked fantastic.

The situation of this hotel/restaurant on the south side of Loch Tay looking across to Ben Lawers is superb. It has recently changed hands after being in receivership, now under Adams Hotels. Lunch menu seemed dear at £28.50 so we only had soup & sandwiches & coffe for three, charged at £30.50, which seemed cheap [?mistake] In the grounds, which... More

Arrived after a long cycle looking for a light lunch and drink. After enquiring that this would be ok, we were then left sat in the bar on our own for about 15 mins. I tried various times to find the receptionist who had told us they were open, had completely disappeared. Eventually a waiter appeared who looked a little... More

My partner and I were passing loch Tay on a drive out on Saturday the 15th of June 2013 when she told me that her and a friend had been to the Ardeonaig Hotel for afternoon tea and it was nice. When we arrived there was no one in reception so went into the bar which is to one side... More

We stayed at this hotel which is really beautiful but the highlight of our trip was the restaurant. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Even with a large wedding taking place at the hotel we were never left without staff to attend to our every need. The evening started with a chat and recommendation from the sommelier (just happens... More

Second time we have visited James and his team at Ardeonaig Restaurant for a meal, both times, the service, welcome, staff and most importantly food have been excellent. From the warm welcome at the very start of the evening through to the coats at departure the whole experience is one to be savoured and enjoyed. Although the hotel and restaurant... More

Rave reviews no doubt well deserved for food , service and comfort but definitely not the kind of place for cyclists and walkers wanting a "pie and a pint" before moving on. Our soup and sandwiches for three, soft drinks and a half pint came to £37 and took an age to arrive. This hotel is on a major bike... More
