The atmosphere? Pfft what atmosphere! It was dreadful! The smell as we walked in felt like it punched us in the nose! It was horrible! Not just the smell is was the plain walls and the dead silence almost drove me to insanity. There was no warmth, and I'm not just talking about where we was sat was freezing, I'm... More

Huge selection of different pancakes which if you go on a Tuesday are all cheap. The staff spend most of their time chatting and are very unhelpful/unfriendly but for cheap tasty food I can deal with it occasionally!

ok so normally you'd celebrate pancakes once a year on pancake day but here is a place that does it better! With huge pancakes and obviously on huge dishes which makes less space on the table, you can get sweet and savoury dishes. Along with the sides like onion rings and fries. Amazing value and amazing tastes. Very nice atmosphere... More

Very good food, but I have never seen a smile from the staff in the place and general attitude towards customers is poor, although not directly rude, they aren't attentive and don't really seem to be happy, which ruins the whole experience! It's basic stuff! But yes. Good pancakes anyway. Huge! Shame though

Never again. I can hardly believe this place gets any business. Dreadful greasy pancake and so expensive for a bit of flour, water and sugar that I actually laughed out loud. The service was terrible. No no no.

I wish they would serve american style pancakes around here...... although the pancake was large and somewhat filling it needs more thickness.....

Service is very poor, not super clean as you would expect but food is always very yummy. Waffles and pancakes taste fresh and you pay what you would expect. A soft drink and waffle or pancake will cost you about £10 per head.

Am in Dudleys, and as every for the last 6-7 years I've been coming here they don't have the soup starter. I honestly don't know why they continue to include it on every new version of their menu. Also they are advertising fresh juices now available; unfortunately most AREN'T available. Pancakes nice although rocketed in price over the last few... More

Went to Dudley's last night with another couple the waiter who greeted us seemed attentive and polite not overly friendly but not rude. The food arrived fairly quickly but the portion sizing for the price of a burger and fries was expensive. I ordered my burger without a bun usually you will be given the option of a side salad...
