We have been coming here for at least 20 years and can honestly say we have never had a negative experience with regards to the food, staff or the ambiance of this restaurant. You can see your food being prepared in front of you with fresh produce what ever you order. We tend to always have pizza with a nice... More

Have been coming here for many years but over the last 6-7 months staff have changed and cut numbers as well .For the last 6 visits at last service has been very slow, plates being broken, lots of noise from behind the scenes, etc. Also the decor is extremely tired, damp and mould along ceilings and walls and foul smell... Have been to this restaurant on a few occasions and always had good service and meals. Went in Friday at 7pm but a large group of children there presumably having a party, A few parents having a pizza at another table oblivious and un responsive to the managers request for them to ask the children to keep noise down. I... More

I'm a huge fan of Pizza Express. Been eating there for over 20 years but very rarely visit now for one simple reason. Cost. It's simply too expensive now for what it is. A look at the menu reveals a garlic bread at £3.60. Come on, it's a piece of dough and some butter! Pizza is always good here and... More

The quality of food lives to it's reputation. First of all, it does much better pizza than Pizza Hut and Pizza Express is always convenient for me if I fancy a good pizza in local (Barnet). We went there on Saturday (around 12:00) and we (3 people) ordered 3 pizzas, 3 starters, 3 desserts and 3 drinks (non alcohol) and... More

I have been eating here once a month or so for over 15 years and am very glad to have it in the locality. Service is always friendly and the food is reliably good. I particularly applaud the salads which are great and don't feel, as they so often do, like a consolation prize.

Had lunch recently with a couple of friends - food was good and the dough balls are a must when going to Pizza Express. No problem with the service, but it was quiet at the time.

I did book at table before going and was glad as it was packed. Lovely food and I had a voucher for 3 courses for £13.75 which I took along. Very good value. Went on a Friday night. Very noisy restaurant with everyone talking. The dough balls are lovely with garlic butter. The Pizza lovely. Drinks can be expensive. Our... More

I went here one evening with my husband and young son and were kept waiting at the door for 10 minutes before anyone came up to us, despite having empty tables and plenty of staff. We asked to see the manager after 2 staff eventually came to us and told us they were "fully booked". The manageress was very rude... More

I visited here with a friend we were very early and were told so but we could and did order hot drinks. The resataurant was obviously popular as there were a number of people waitng to be served by the time they started to take orders. Can't fault the food or the service, there were only about three waiting staff... More
