Best Bar and Restaurant

At the Market Shops and easy access from Sandestin Resort. This is a hidden gem. Beautiful decor at the bar with excellent bar tender and well crafted drinks. The food is the best around. Try the fried oyster salad and then the pork belly. Yum!

Once you get past the obnoxious hostess staff, food is great. We went on a non busy Thursday night. We wanted to go to the bar first but were told that that would disrupt the "flow of the evening." Really? !?

Our nearby hotel suggested this restaurant. It was greatly appreciated! The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly. This has to be a better option than so many of the other places along 98.

We have eaten here in its old location and liked it. Now it is in a location that is easier to get to. The food is quite good. The wine list is extensive. Server was knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Had dinner with family. Great location, easy parking and access. Much better than dealing with Baytowne Wharf. Nice décor and lots of room. Food and wine are top notch as usual. Very happy with new location. Will come more often now.

Location is easy to get to on Hwy 98 at entrance to Sandestin Resort. Plenty of free parking. Fine dining in a more beach relaxed atmosphere. Leave the suit at home. Reservations suggested, but not always needed during weekdays. Service was good and food was even better. My husband and I shared one of the specials. Course, there is a... More

After having eaten many times at the original very cozy and excellent, Bistro Bijou we were skeptical about how this new and much larger Bijou would be. We were thrilled to find that the restaurant is just as gorgeous and the food and service are as good, if not better, than ever. What a pleasant evening the four of us... More

I know now why Trip advisor has this ranked as #1 (Because it is!). The food was amazing and the service was second to none. My daughter said she felt like a movie star everything was so nice. If you go and you enjoy delicious dessert coffee you have to try the Russian coffee it is out of this world.... More

Had dinner here while attending a conference. The service is very good, but the food was just ok. The special was a fish dish so I gave it a try. It was rather bland - just ok. Others had a pork dish and a seafood dish and they said it was very good.

I ate here with colleagues during a work event at a nearby resort. We had good service and good wine. I liked the atmosphere too. I ordered the Black Skillet Filet Mignon. It was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the sides it came with. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
