Stopped here for Saturday lunch last weekend. We all had the grilled lobster, which was excellent: beautifully cooked and presented, and washed down with a good house white wine. Recommended.

I took my wife, 6month old son, mother and mother-in-law out for the day. After a long drive, the dining experience was sublime. We all had different starters, mains & sweets, and everyone was delighted with their food. The Oyster Stout accompaniment that I had was great too. Helpful but unobtrusive staff made our afternoon relaxed and unhurried. I'm in... More

Called in with on the off chance of getting a table for 6..the staff made us feel as though we where old friends and could not of been more attentive. .the food was all that we had expected ..really good..the only slight criticism is that more beers on draught would be a plus..all in all a very enjoyable experience which... I haven't been here since last summer and I agree with other reviews, it used to be great, maybe they've changed chefs? That's all I can think has gone wrong, service still very good, shame about the food.

Very casual relaxed atmosphere, gorgeous food and good service. Try a fillet of monkfish or hake. Either are delicious! Will be back in the future

We dined out in the Mourne seafood restaurant Dundrum on a number of nights over a recent holiday break in the area. We are regular visitors at this time of year and the food as per usual was absolutely fantastic. I have read some recent reviews critical of this establishment and really do not understand their criticisms one little bit.... More

We tried this restaurant for the first time following strong recommendations from friends and relations. Although we hadn't booked the welcoming staff went out of their way to squeeze us in on a busy Sunday afternoon. Service was efficient and delivered with a smile. However bother the quality and quantity of the food disappointed. The menu promises a great deal... More

Visited the Mourne seafood restaurant in Dundrum with my sister and brother in law. Overall very overpriced for what you get. I had the mussels in a cream and garlic sauce. I've ordered these before in other places and the sauce has been so tasty. When it came you would have thought the chef had poured a bottle of milk... More

Decided on Mourne Seafood Dundrum and was delighted we did, the restaurant itself is low key and comfortable. The menu had too many highlights to mention but I settled for King Scollops with pork belly to start, Lobster main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Every single mouthful of all three plates was a pleasure! Will I be back? YES...my... More

Belfast is great, this is a very bad, diluted version. Oysters were warm and chucked on plate with a pathetic piece of lemon, no shallot dressing nothing special at all. My food was nice but I couldn't enjoy it as my partners was just awful. 19.00 for a small piece of turbot. Which was tiny, dry and rubbery. The table... More
