Well that wasn't what we expected! We were told it was good. It wasn't. Indiana was simply quite superb. Our lovely hosts listened well and turned up trumps at each request. We must find an excuse - any excuse! - to get back to Fairbourne and sample some more of Raj and Noorie's repertoire. We had... read more

We plan our caravan trips around a real ale house followed by a curry. Nothing has ever come near to Indiana Spice and I wished I lived nearer. It is without doubt the best curry ever made individual to your tastes. Raj and his staff just want to make your evening as special as it can be. Go there, relax... More

In the quiet winter backwater of Fairbourne lies an absolute little gem of Indian cuisine and hospitality. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday weekend in Snowdonia with my family and fell by chance upon 'Indiana Cuisine'. Raj the host was warm and generous in his welcome and even extended his opening hours to accommodate our busy weekend schedule.... More

Every time I visit Wales I make time for this restaurant sometimes even travelled to Wales just for this restaurant! The service is exceptionally friendly, and the food is of yet an even higher standard. The owners recommended 'jp' curry is the best Indian food I have ever tasted. Not your stereotypical Indian restaurant, much much better! You really must... More

Fairbourne may not be the centre of the culinary universe but I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Stayed with outlaws over christmas and ordered a takeaway to save hassle of cooking. Was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. Easily on a par if not better than many of the indians I have eaten in London. Good value too.... More

Visited again by train from Aberdovey on another cold, wet and windy December evening. Although it was the Friday after Christams and we were the only diners in, nothing was too much trouble for Raj and his staff. The food was excellent as usual, but again we went a bit mad ordering - forgot about the little complimentary treats that Raj... More

The only problem with Indiana Cuisine is that once you've eaten here you will never ever ever be happy with an 'Indian restaurant or meal' ever again from anywhere else.... This restaurant/food/host/hostess/staff are all SOOOOO good that once you've experienced it nothing else will ever compare!!! In one sense it makes you wish ALL Indian restaurants were like this.... But... More

I cant remember the name of the Indian Restaurant (I am bad with names at all). It is a super place to eat and the owner is a famous Bollywood Actor. Fantastic, authentic food and the service is just out of this world. If you like this kind of food, GO THERE.

Loved this restaurant! Wouldn't have found it but for the recommendation of our B&B host but we are so glad we went. The food was delicious and the service just as good. Highly recommend.

We ate here one evening after having it recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. It was a shame we only discovered this on our last night in the area, had we found it earlier, we would have definitely been back the next day! The food was fresh and delicious, probably the best curry I've ever had. Certainly not what... More
