A must stop!!!

We stayed just down the road from Exuma Point Bar and Grille, little did we know we would come to love both Elvis and MaryAnn, the proud owners of the establishment. This was not our first trip to Exuma, but was the first time visiting their business. We stopped in for an unexpected lunch only... read more

During our trip to Exuma, I really wanted to see the swimming pigs but couldn't stomach paying $150 per person for one of the organized tours to Staniel Cay. After reading about the boat trip to see pigs from Exuma Point, my boyfriend and I decided we had to check it out! So glad we did as it was definitely... More

We drove up to Exuma Point on a recommendation from the captain at the marina at Emarald Bay. We really weren't sure what to expect but wanted to explore the island. Wow! What a pleasant surprise! The buffet was one of my favorite meals during our entire stay! The grouper fingers were delicious and so was the barbecue chicken. I... More

We have seen the famed swimming pigs near Staniel Cay, but when we visit Exuma, it's too far to do as a day trip, especially when the seas are up. This time we were on vacation with a dear friend who had never seen the pigs, so we decided to go on this pig excursion, on the North end of... More

The owner of this restaurant has his own boat and owns the bigs you see on other excursions -- some costing up to $130. For $50 per person, he will pick you up (at least at Sandals), take you to his restaurant and drive the boat over to swim with the pigs. He is happy to tell you local issues... More

This place is ridiculous! Total tourist trap! Rundown & dirty looking. $20 for 2 8oz plastic cup low grade alcohol drinks. We were the only non locals & there's no doubt they weren't paying $10 a cocktail. So glad we only had 1 drink each & decided it was not worth our time. Stopped at Big D's after - skip... More

This place is located ate the end of the road. You can stay seated on the benches on the seaside before to go to eat at the bar. Drink a bear and eat what you like because all is fresh. From the deck starts water taxi to pig island. Ask for it, it is cheaper of an organized cruise that... More
