We ate here twice and made it our last meal on the island. Food was amazing, but couldn't beat the hospitality of all the people that owned and worked here!! Hated to leave them because you felt like family.

Jonny Depp and Orlando Bloom were here during filming of Pirates of the Caribean so thought it must be worth a try ! It is just a wooden shack on first appearance but there are some lovely friendly hosts who welcomed us to try their Rum cocktails and the seafood. We both chose the Deep fried Lobster which turned out... More

Small, oceanfront dining - two large tables for a group of 4-6. each Simple menu prepared quickly and tasty. Staff adapted to a diner's request for plain grilled grouper and another with a shell-fish allergy. Don't pass on the conch or lobster. Perfect after swimming. at the tropic of cancer beach. Entrees around 20-25 typical of the island.

The best food on the island. Be sure to have the lobster! The owner was so warm and friendly! Beautiful views. Worth the drive. Be sure to go next door to the bakery. Great rum cake!

Simply the best food here in Exuma! Well worth the trip ! The nicest people so friendly and so much fun. The lobster was better then any Maine lobster I have had. The side dishes were so fresh and complimented the fish. The beach sits right in front with beautiful views. And the best well trained puppy I ever saw!!!... More

We were told to shead this way for a lunch day and not to miss it. We had a rental car so the distance wasn't an issue- cause it is a good drive out- but was worth the trip! After a day of snorkeling we were hungry and the ladies at Santannas didn't disappoint. It's a simple menu- all fried... More

Start with the setting: Santanna's bar/restaurant is steps from a beautiful white sand beach, and it's advisable to have your "Smash" prepared to take in for a little swim prior to settling down for a meal. We enjoyed the most memorable food of a week on Great Exuma where we ate our way from Georgetown to Barreterre and then all... More

There are not many items on the menu but they do them well. Really nice seafood. It took a while to drive to but was worth it. Staff are friendly. Beach is beautiful. Prices are very reasonable relative to the rest of the island.
