Great breakfasts, kind service, and a tranquil view!

They're strict to the menu, and breakfast ends at 11:00 am, PROMPTLY! But, one of the best breakfasts you can get in Governor's Harbour. Service is great, and is totally expected for an island like Eleuthera. That said, the French Toast and the eggs and bread are something to savor! The... read more

Unfortunately when we were here for dinner, my husband collapsed. The staff jumped in to help. The owner rushed us to the emergency clinic & staff boxed dinners. We went back to thank them but it was not opened. Thank you to all.I hope they will realize how much it means. The food we ate reheated hours later was very... More

French Toast is just fantastic. The fish is as fresh as you can get. This is NOT a restaurant that you can go to and get a fast meal. So take your hurried up self somewhere else. But if you want a relaxed time with great food and drink ... this is the place for breakfast or dinner.

We had some of the best "Bahamian" food on the island at Sunset Inn. The conch and fish was outstanding and add ice cold wine and sunset over the Caribbean and what more could anyone ask for !!!

The food was good but the portions were really small. Good service, the lady was very nice..food came out in an appropriate time. Not the kind of place to visit if you are looking to be wined and dined. Not a bad experience at all, pretty average.

After several visits, we won't go back. Service is forever, which we can accept in the Bahamas. I think the cook does one table's order, and then starts the next. Food was overcooked. Island style food should be great. It isn't.

Eating out is an expensive undertaking in Eleuthera with a 7.5% VAT (really a sales tax) and 15% gratuity. We found Sunset on our last day and enjoyed a good lunch, nothing too fancy but well prepared and served. Think cocktails and dinner would be very nice if the wind wasn't howling, maybe next time. I'd definitely do it again.

Beautiful view for sunsets! Bring your bugspray - the noseeums are pretty nasty once the sun goes down. The menu has a nice variety of local items. Nothing too fancy, but a great place to have a cold drink and take in the beautiful views!

Showed up at 4pm and was politely told "Dinner isn't until 5". We decided to sit and have drinks and wait. Waitress then came over with menus and opened the kitchen early for us. We were delighted. Sat on the porch..overcast day, so no sunset. Food was excellent and price was good. Had the crawfish and seafood platter. Would recommend.

Shelley was a fantastic server!!! Funny and attentive. Great food!! Conch salad and coconut pie is recommended, shrimp dinner and conch fritters, too!! Everyone is very chill and sweet, it was our favorite restaurant for lunch or sunset dinner.
