I went to try the cheese menu. They have two entire pages of just cheese you can choose from that varies. You pick a minimum of 3 1oz portions and they dress it up with homemade crackers etc. It was DELICIOUS!!! I also had the charcuterie platter. YUM! I went here because of the reviews and the fact that i'm... More

My third time to the Bahamas, and had never been to the Flying Fish before. We wanted to try the Flying Fish, and went there when the weather turned, and gave us something to do indoors. Went there for lunch, and the food was fresh and delicious. One of us had the mexican burger, & one the Philly Cheese Steak.... More

This was the best meal we had by far while in Freeport; highly recommend! High end cuisine, great wine, and wonderful service, albeit pricey. But worth every cent!

Excellent food and impeccable service. We had dinner here on Sunday night and enjoyed the "casual Sunday" menu - though wish we had been able to go for the regular menu as well. Truly exceptional service and beautifully presented creative dishes. Don't miss it if you are headed to Freeport!

The ambiance is top-notch. Its quietly tucked away on the end of a canal. The lighting is perfect and it cozy but not in a homey way, it is elegant. The food is gourmet. flavorful. and served well.

The Flying Fish was a great dining experience. I thought long and hard, and decided not to do the tasting menu, hoping that if I come back with my wife, we could share the experience. The service was top notch, especially for The Bahamas. I had the scallops with a poached egg and Iberico ham. The flavors were spot on,... More

We had such and amazing experience here that we decided to go again on our last night as well. For me, I experienced two of the best starters in my life here. The first, a tuna tartar and the second was their signature starter, the calamari. Both were creative and absolutely brilliant. The mains were great too and service was... More

This was one of the best meals I have ever had. The food was amazingly creative. The service was fantastic. We were celebrating my mother's 90th birthday with 12 people. Each dish was imaginative and well thought out. Everything was fresh, unique and beautifully plated. The stand outs were the local spiny lobster - melt in your mouth fish, great... More

It's a ok place. The service is quick. Food wasn't as good as advertised. Ordered scallop appetizer scallops were raw. 72 hour short rib was very dry. If I'm paying 50 plus a plate 20 on a appetizer I expect that everything is going to be spot on.
