Incredibly busy for good reason. Bustling sea-side location with a great view and fresh conch. Friendly and quick service.

You truly haven't experience Grand Bahama until you have been to Billy Joe's! Billy Joe's started out 30 years ago with a little shack and metal table and now the restaurant has quadrupled in size! They have the best conch salad on the entire island and the hog snapper is fantastic too! Such a lively place even after the passing... More

Fun spot but they have developed more in the past year. Not a lil hole in the wall anymore. Many tourist have found this place and it gets quite busy. More people means more opportunities to sell things. Now you have jet skis, banana boats, parasailing and a number of other items trying to be sold. This is great for... More

We were here during a port of call on board the Carnival Pride. We took a taxi to this side of the isalnd from the cruise pier. We had to walk down a small alleyway alongside the police station, we were skeptical about this but glad we made the venture. While we were here there were some locals soliciting various... More

Nice, right on the beach Food Shack. The food is freshly prepared, right from the ocean. The grubber was amazing that they are known for their Cong salad, absolutely delicious. If you are in Freeport this is a must try place to visit.

The best wings I've had in a long time. Great flavor, lots of meat....YUM. My husband and son had conch fritters, we were too late for plain conch (gotta get there before 11), but they loved the fritters. Great view, great food. Just what you want on vacation!

Don't bother with shopping you won't save anything. Head for the food. Billy Joes is located down a dirt path along side of the police office across from the Port Lucaya Marketplace. When I say it was worth it I mean we spent our entire day here. Sting Rays come right up to the beach line. But back to then... More
