Our first night on the Island we were just too tired to make the trip across the street to the marketplace. Don't make the same mistake we did. The food is over priced and edible. This was the first place we ate on the island and the first meal was terrible. We both had hamburgers and the meat tasted spoiled. The second time around was much better we enjoyed hot fresh pizza. So cost and taste wise pizza is your best bet at this small bar. more

Freeport was one of our ports of call on our last cruise (Carnival Glory, Sept. 2008). We decided to spend the day at Port Lucaya beach. We spotted this cute restaurant/bar on the beach, so we decided to go and have lunch. The main entrance was locked, so we had to enter by the window by the beach. Nobody came... more

If you want a more casual, laid back atmosphere this is a great place. The service was wonderful and friendly. I ordered a mimosa and even though they didn't have champagne the bartender figured out a way to make a drink that tasted like one. I got a grouper sandwhich that was just wonderful!
