The location is relaxing, overlooking the marina. The atmosphere is casual and upbeat. You can engage in conversation and laughter, without disturbing the other patrons. The food was very tasty. The four of us ordered different fish entrees, and everyone's plate was clean at the end of the meal. The grouper, baked or grilled, was delicious. The salmon was set... More

I went to Sabor on a Saturday night with my wife, a good friend, and his girlfriend. The restaurant took our reservation a few hours beforehand over the phone and had our table waiting for us when we arrived. The restaurant is in the marina so it was a nice to walk on the docks over to it and look... More

We dined here twice. The first time I had ordered the baked spicy grouper and it was delicious! The second time I ordered lunch - a burger with grilled pineapple and homemade chips. The burger patty was made with very low quality/very fatty meat, so much so that I could not finish it. The chips were good. Better to stick... More

We enjoyed a great walk in the evening to the end of the canal and found this place. Amazing sunset, overlooking the sunset, yachts and the canal. The service, drinks and food were ok. I had the pad Thai shrimp, which the waitress recommended. It was ok. Overall, I'd say go to another place. Sorry!

Nine of us came in around 7:45 pm and were immediately seated (w/out reservations). Everything that we ordered was delicious . Our waiter, TJ, steered us right with suggestions! He certainly made us feel right at home. He is a basketball nut, as were some of us, so everyone waxed eloquently about personalities and stats! The Bahamian Baked Grouper was... More

Granted it was Xmas day...we didn't have reservations so sat at the bar, which wound up being the best way to go. 2 for 1 drinks while waiting made it tolerable. Maybe just a bad night, but we ordered food and waited for an hour. Every table in the place, all with no food on the table. People that came... More

Sabor is walking distance from Lucayan and Memories Resort and is part of the Pelican Bay Hotel. We arrived during Happy Hour when drinks were 2-4-1. We were greeted by CJ who kindly recommended a few options and took back our son's burger back to the kitchen because it was under cooked and came back out perfect. We had asked... More

Just ate here 2 nights ago. It was our final night in Freeport and friends wanted to "treat" us to a special dinner. Because this place received so many good reviews and definitely looked more upscale than most of the other places - we decided to dress up and have a lovely dinner. They failed to have several items on... More

We really enjoyed the food at Sabor, the service was very friendly, and the prices good, but the main reason we came back a second time was the delicious frozen drinks. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the wait for the food was a bit too long both times.
