The quality and quantity of food is amazing. Broad range of items to choose from. Desserts are to die for and they are served in small portions so that you can have 4 or 5 of them (I think I had 12). This is a buffet, so go hungry.

We had two exceptional buffet breakfasts in Mosaic. Both were excellent. You could have "made to order items" or you could chose from healthy to not so healthy items. Beautiful room.
