It didn't have a great selection and was quite expensive. I would probably opt for room service for breakfast over Mosaic.

I was expecting fine dining, and the buffet took me aback, but then I realised I could sample a bunch of different great foods, not just be stuck with one menu item. The Carribian section was where I spent most of my appetite. (When in Rome.....). But they also had a fabulous lamb chop I couldn't resist.

Yes it's a buffet restaurant but I must say the first thing that catches the eye is the unique setting. The food was awesome, the staff was ok, to me they were just doing their job, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, there were no smiles. Anyway, just maybe I went on an off day.

What a selection and the food was delicious. Such a variety of not only breakfast foods but sweets as well.

Buffet service. Good, but so expensive...They have a little bit of everything but honestly, after knowing the price, I wanted to look for another restaurant.

I liked the fact that the choices were so extensive and I disliked nothing. The food was well prepared and the Starbucks Coffee was sopt on!

You will pay about $60 per person but then you will have unlimited food and deserts. Drinks are not included FYI

I'm a very picky eater; very picky and everyday there were numerous choices for my difficult taste. There are several main entree items to choice from a delicious taco bar, pasta bar as well as many other choices each day. Oh, and save room for dessert, you're on vacation!!!
