Fabulous Food & Great Service

My partner and I ate at Cafe Martinique our first night at Atlantis - it was by far the perfect way to begin our vacation. We were very glad we made a reservation as the restaurant was almost full when we arrived, even though it was for a later reservation (9pm). The service is absolutely amazing... read more

My husband and I dined at Cafe Martinique to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The restaurant was very impressive with an 18th/19th century Victorian plantation home setting. The service from the beginning to the very end of our meal was nothing short of excellent. I ordered the snapper, while my husband ordered grouper. Both of our meals were prepared exquisitely... The restaurant is nice. The food, not so much. My husband and I ordered cracked conch for an appetizer and it was very tough & chewey. I ordered the grouper, which I order a lot and it was not real good. There was 6 in our party and almost everyones food was barely warm. When my husband told our waiter... More

My husband and I ate here on the first night of our trip based on the great reviews. The restaurant is very nice with excellent service, but the food was very disappointing. I had the mahi mahi, and my husband had the cheeseburger. They were both average, and for the high price, we definitely expected more. The fried conch appetizer... More

I emailed Atlantis on May 18th for a reservation for May 23rd. I got a response back from Taylor Santonya on May 19th asking which restaurant and I responded that day Café Martinique with additional info as a time and how many in our party. We got to Atlantis Saturday May 23rd and decided since we were early to stop... More

Sautéed foie gras, escargot, beer salad,, rack of lamb were delicious. Service outstanding. Sorbets fabulous. Pass on the creme brûlée quartet. It's hard to beat the original. The chocolate soufflé was worth the wait.

Mother's Day and virtually all good restaurants closed. Nobu closed. Seafire Steakhouse closed. Cafe Martinique closed. Bahamian club. You guessed it - closed. This place has not gotten any better since Brookfield took over from Kerzner. Can only hope the new Baha Mar can live up to something better. Time will tell.

This is our favorite restaurant at the Atlantis! We dine here 4 to 5 times a year. Everything on the menu is delicious. Request Bear for your waiter. We love Bear!
