Overpriced, but tasty

First...get a Miami Vice. It's the smoothest daiquiri I've ever had...soooo worth it! We ordered the conch fritters (6) which was plenty for two of us...and the conch salad. Conch salad was a little too spicy for us(and I'm cajun!) but it really was very good. The sauce with the fritters was... read more

Recommended by a cab driver and all the tourist leaflets and publications. Friendly service. Food was average at best and not as good as our all inclusive hotel which we wanted a break from. Wish we hadn't bothered! Wish I had tried the street food sellers further along. Lots of locals arrived for take outs. Bet they didn't pay tourist... More

I actually had some low expectations however the fish was very good and the prices were not out of line for Nassau. Grouper and conch were delicious and the place was a lot of fun. Suggest passing on Saturday nights as its a zoo unless that is what you are looking for.

Avoid this pace. It is an OVER PRICED toursit trap dressed up like a " locals" place. It's anything but. Fried Fish Plate--- $45...are you kiddeing me/ it was nothing but breaded fish scales. I ordered the grilled grouper. I couldn't find the grouper amidst the pile of brownish rice. Check my ratings...I rarely if ever rate a place this... More

We had our fill of delicious conch and grouper, which we can't find at home. Excellent food and great service.

I went here on a recommendation but was disappointed. Conch chowder was basic but good. Fritters were greasy blobs. Macs and cheese was bland. Service was polite friendly and good. Maybe if I had tried something other than fried dough I would have gotten something better than fried dough?

Expensive for what you get and way off the beaten track. Uncomfortable tables outside, overcrowded and you get anything and everything around there.

The Fish Fry is supposedly the place to go in Nassau. You eat with tourists and locals alike. Our cab driver took us to Twin Brothers and said it was the best of the best. We should have had a clue when we saw him collecting money from the hostess. I guess they get a bonus for bringing tourists to... More

First, let me explain a little about this area, as it would've helped me a great deal if I had understood this when we visited the Bahamas. We stayed on cable beach, and were able to walk to The street at the front of hotel and catch a bus for $1.25 to go "downtown". It takes about 20 minutes, and... More
