We eat there about four times per week, it's great!! The breakfast on Saturday is divine also. The food is prepared with love and good ingredients. And the little French-Canadian chef is passionate about her work. You must try it if you are in town,

I have to say I've lived on the island for nearly two years and have heard nothing but good reviews about this restaurant. So, perhaps my hopes were too high before going, or maybe I had an image in my mind of what I thought I would get and it just didn't match. Whatever the reason, I thought the experience... More

We had an outstanding experience here. Most memorably that service was very personalized and friendly. The menu here changes daily and they have at least one vegetarian entrée and salad daily. There is also food that you can take out and warm-up later. The Kathy has a very French flavor with colorful settings and paintings. It is located just a... More

Locals might tend to keep it for themselves cause its a well kept secret but this place is home! With a French Canadian touch from the hard working owner Julie-Andrée, the menu changes everyday and its always cooked with love. Her team is wonderful and its warm and cozy. You can find bahamian workers as well as the wealthiest persons... More

I live on the island and frequent this place for lunch as it produces DELICIOUS food - however yesterday I had an encounter that could have gone bad. I had placed my order and stressed the fact that I couldn't have any sauces or condiments on my sandwich (it's an allergy) and after paying and waiting, they returning back to... More

This little bisto is tucked away in the Shirley Street Shopping Plaza a mile or so east of Nassau town. The restaurant recently renovated to accommodate a few more tables so customers can now 'dine in' with the comfort of air conditioning. Le Petit Gourmet does a fair portion of their sales through take-outs, but dining in is also a... More

Good freshly made food. Something different everyday. Portions on the small side, if you are really hungry. Quality is very good. Freshly baked bread and yummy breakfasts on Saturdays. When it is busy you will have to queue to place your order. Best to order ahead. Seating available with limited tableside service.

The owner is French Canadian and has the french amenities like croissants. The staff is friendly. Things are a little expensive though.
