If you're on a cruise ...

If you're on a cruise with a port of call in Nassau Bahamas and you are looking for a nice local place to eat, this restaurant will probably be one of the first that will call your attention as it is near the port and its signage is flashy. The food is not bad, but its not stellar either. The... read more

So I heard about conch fritters and it's a must eat in the Bahamas. I previously looked up a few places on TripAdvisor to go to after the beach. However, family was very hungry and too tired and hot to walk any further. We saw this place and gave it a try. When I first tasted the fritters, i didn't... More

This restaurant is located right across the street from the British Colonial Hilton, where we were staying, so it was very convenient and was highly recommended by the woman from Majestic Tours who drove us from the airport to the hotel when we arrived in Nassau on Thursday. We went to Conch Fritters on Monday night for dinner and were... More

I asked my taxi driver if he could recommend a good place to eat and he referred me here. I ordered a grilled fish of some sort and it was ok. I wanted something authentic, something that is only prepared at the Bahamas (other than conch) and unfortunately I wasn't impressed with their menu. Not many food choices for children... More

My family and I wanted to have a local lunch off the main path by the cruise ship. This place came highly recommended and to our happy surprise our cruise coupon book had a coupon for them. The conch fritters were a great size and portion and tasted delicious. The fried chicken tenders were good. Everything is made with vegetable... More

The fact that the whole place was empty at 5:30pm should have been a red flag but we wanted conch fritters. We walked in a an extremely lazy waitress sat in the back on her phone and glanced up at us a few times and we had to ask if they were open before she ever so slowly got up.... More

The servers are very nice and love to talk to people. She even gave us a free drink as a welcoming. Food is a little expensive, but the service and drinks were great.
