Walk from cruise ship. Great lunch break from shopping.

Grilled Snapper with 2 sides (we got coleslaw and mac and cheese) and a huge pile of rice and beans. Nicely seasoned. Conch fritters. There are small chunks of conch in it, which I'd like a larger proportion of conch to batter. There are 10 of them. 3 of us ladies shared this and it was plenty... read more

We heard about this restaurant (and the Fish Fry) from our buggy driver when we decided on a whim to take a ride. He raved about it. And we weren't disappointed. So much so that we ate there the last three nights of our Nassau trip. This is a place frequented by locals. It does clearly not rely on tourists... More

We ate here last week. The food was "okay" if you like HUGE quantities of unhealthy food. The waitress was rude and overbearing. She trapped me in my booth until I gave her an extremely generous tip! Very scary!!! I was thankful to return to our resort. If you are a visitor to the Bahamas, stay away from the "Fish... More

Tasty food, large portions and a third of what you will pay in the hotels. Very crowded because Bahamians frequent the restaurant. Try the fried Conch if you like Calamari.

Food was excellent didn't have to wait long for a table even though it was a big crowd. When you see Bahamians in the place you know the food is good. Prices are good compared to portions.

Best Seafood ever!!! It's must try. We had Grilled shrimp, Cracked Lobster, fried fish and Mac N Cheese and everything was excellent!!!! Everything is freshly caught. There is a little bit of a wait but well worth it.

Get the dinner for two grilled! You won't be disappointed. It come with fresh caught rock lobster, shrimp, grouper, island beans and rice, Mac and cheese, fried plantains and drinks. My advice is eat the seafood first because you won't be able to eat much of the rest of the plate.

Food was tasty but very pricey, its also quite dark which makes me think its probably not too clean. The cocktails are american style...very strong and artifical fruits and cordials

Our waitress Abby was great. The food was great in big portions. Unfortunately they were out of conch salad, conch chowder and water (never been to a restaurant that ran out of water before). But everything else was great and in big portions. This area of town (called fish fry) is a great place to go to get a flavor... More

Excellent conch chowder, grouper, the portions of rice and peas are HUGE, you could ask them not to bring you such big portions, nothing fancy here but the service and food were awesome!
