The place was very busy on a Sunday evening, wait time for seating and food was very long. All meals are served with rice plus two additional sides.

I ate some type of spicy thai chicken and it was great. Wife had fish of some sort and it was good too. Cool drinks too.

Reasons for going: - Huge dishes! Even the hungriest will find enough food here. - Fresh and great tasting sea food. - The locals go here to eat! Always a good sign.

The area where Andros The Fish Fry is the greatest for eating local foods. The food is so delicious. Oh man the fried chicken is the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a great local guide to take you around the island his name is Show Time. He will show you a good time and have you laughing... More

I am from South Louisiana and I know good seafood when I eat it. O Andros has it down pat. Reminded me of the small, local hole-in-the-wall places that always seem to get it right. Seafood seasoned and cooked to perfection and served in portions that an American (who is used to overlarge restaurant portions) can appreciate. Really excellent potato-salad... More

Oh my goodness, the food was AMAZING. Gigantic portions, too... I mean absolutely huge. I ate it for the following two days for lunch. I had the grilled grouper with coleslaw and peas & rice, and it was phenomenal, it was cooked perfectly and sooo tasty. I highly recommend visiting Oh Andros if you go to the fish fry. Nice... More

Food was great, had their grilled fish, rice & peas and mac-n-cheese. Portions are HUGE. We couldn't finish everything and had the remainder for breakfast the next day. Would go back.

I was recommended this place by one of the staff at my hotel when I asked for "a basic restaurant with good quality seafood". The hotel guy said he often went to this restaurant cause he felt it was bahamian food the way his mother cooked it. It was just was I was looking for. I had a big and... More

Our server, Natalie, was GREAT! It is a CASH only restaurant -- so be forewarned. Natalie helped us stay within our cash budget while still feeding us an enormous amount of food. Delicious!
