Really great restaurant where we sat alongside the locals & ate delicious, fresh, well priced food. All priced very reasonably & the portions were gargantuan! The service was spot on & our server was really friendly. We loved it & can highly recommend it.

Our family of 14 ate at the Fish Fry - Andros one evening over the holidays. Awesome food, huge portions, and reasonably priced. Food took a big longer than average to come out, but we didn't mind the wait. One word of caution - when you get off the bus, there will be lots of people trying to heckle you... More

Great restaurant filled with locals. Good service, huge portions and delicious food. 1.25 bus ride from Cable beach area... just remember that the buses stop running after 7 pm... even on Sundays. The cab drivers will try to convince you otherwise...

We went to Andro's for Sunday lunch because of the reviews on Tripadvisor - we were not disappointed. Oddly, we were the only tourists as the place was packed with local residents who had just come from church services. The portions were huge; enough for two meals. The conch salad was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find "griot cochon"... More

In the Bahamas, fish fry is THE PLACE to enjoy local delicacies! There is something for everyone whether it is red beans and rice to go with many different varieties of sea bounty. Conch chowder is awesome, shrimps are good, and the deep fried local catch is tasty and fun. Kind of a flea market of food!

We were on Nassau for four nights and we ate at this restaurant three of them. If you are looking for local flavor and delicious food, this is a must visit! The conch salad was delicious but my favorite was the grilled grouper. If you are looking for a restaurant where at least half of the people are locals, this... More

This is one of the best places in Nassau for an excellent Bahamian meal. I have tried several items on their menu and was satisfied with each one. My Favorite is the fried snapper with peas and rice, with potato salad and fried plantains. To die for !

20ish minute walk from cruise port. Conch dinner ($14) was fab, huge portions. Conch salad ($10) is prepared fresh in front of you. Plantain was cooked really well. Try the conch fritters ($3) for a starter. Cash only. Great place for to sample the local culture. Beer $4 a bottle, try the local Kalik.

Famous in Nassau. A collection of ramshackle brightly coloured restaurants about a fifteen minute walk from downtown Nassau. We ate in Curly's. We were invited into many others. Good fun and, based on our experience, good lunchtime food.

Really good food with ENOURMOUS portions. It was a little dark and the service wasn't amazing but the food was delicious and fast even though it was very busy!
