We took a 10 minute taxi ride from Sandals ($15 each way) with a driver arranged by the resort. We mentioned we wanted to try grouper - our driver Tex recommended Twin Brothers. We shared grouper, snapper, conch fritters, conch salad, coleslaw and a lobster tail for about $100. Everything was great - large portions, lovely flavor and pleasant service.... More

Every cab driver and anyone you talk to will mention this area. I would saving your money for the cab ride to it - it cost us $40 roundtrip coming from Atlantis. Food was decent but it was similar to anything near the hotel.

The food was great here. I had the seafood platter and food cooked fresh and was awesome! The Conch was very good, this was my first time tasting conch. Very Good. OK now the The Miami Vice was *&^%$&* GREAT! I am from New Orleans so I am no stranger to any kind of frozen drinks/treats... I've had just about... More

We were hustled, my Wife and kids to have lunch at candies. There was a never ending fleet of flies and our food took quite a while to arrive. The food itself was OK but I wished it was just plain OK. Two hours later I suffered severe food poisoning. Our daughter got a slight version of it. Unless you... More

Do Not pick a tourist trap!! Go to one of the other places!! Expensive and not worth it. You can get more for your Money and better food in one of the other less known places. Ask the staff of where ever you stay.

I didn't get to enjoy it like I wanted to due to my previous days drinking. The conch fritters were awesome. That was my first time trying them ever in life. Great experience.

Bad neighborhood, be careful if you go...dinner was just okay, too much hype for a run of mill eatery..

Great place to try various vendors....Enjoyed the fish n chips at one place...and peas n rice n steak at another......but had a really bad experience where we had lobster. Cant remember the name, but they are really easy to see with all the lights around their hut. We waited 2 hours for our lobsters, which were being roasted by the... More

So Fish Fry is indeed a mixture of bars/restaurants, all with a local flavor and charm their very own but certainly not equal in terms of price and quality. As some reviewers have pointed out, it can be hit or miss here. But, based on a tip I received from a co-worker prior to our first cruise to Nassau in... More
